Bank of Baroda – India’s second largest public sector bank has annnounced changes in Senior Management of the Bank. The new appointments are as follows:

1	Name of the KMP/SMP	MR. VALLABHUNI RAJENDRA PRASAD	MR. PADHI SWARUP NANDAN
2	Designation of KMP/SMP	DGM, SECRETARY TO BOARD, BCC, MUMBAI	HEAD, WEALTH MANAGEMENT, BCC, MUMBAI
3	Reason for change viz. appointment, re-appointment, resignation, removal, death or otherwise.	Appointment	Appointment

5	Brief Profile (in case of appointment)	Mr. Prasad has a Bachelors degree in Science. He has over 31 years of experience in the Bank.	Mr. Padhi has an MBA degree in Marketing and a Bachelors degree in Science. He has over 27 years of experience in the Bank.
