In Palwal, Haryana, a shocking incident has come to light involving an attack on a team tasked with collecting a bank loan for non-payment. The incident took place in Hasanpur Chowk, Hodal, where the team had arrived to take possession of a house on behalf of Recon Services India Private Limited, as per the instructions from the State Bank of India.
According to the written complaint filed by Rajneesh Kaith, a resident of Noida and authorized representative of Recon Services India, the team encountered a closed gate upon reaching the property. Upon opening the gate, they were suddenly ambushed by a group of 11 individuals, including one woman, who attacked them with sticks, stones, and rods. A chaotic fight ensued, prompting Duty Magistrate Tehsildar Prem Prakash and the local police to intervene. However, the accused managed to escape before they could be apprehended.
The names of the accused individuals involved in the attack are Man Singh, Somdev, Kanwarpal, Ankush, Dheeraj, Virendra, Ravi Kumar, Hemant, Veerpal, Rajaram, and Anju. It is alleged in the complaint that these individuals took the law into their own hands, obstructing the team’s work and engaging in a quarrel. As a result, the Hodal police station has registered a case against all the accused under various sections of the law and has initiated necessary legal action.
