South Indian Bank Junior Officer Recruitment 2026: The South Indian Bank Ltd., Thrissur (Kerala), has released an official notification for the recruitment of Junior Officers (Business Promotion Officers) on a contractual basis. The recruitment is being conducted for the bank’s Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai regions. The total number of vacancies has not been announced. Salary Details
The total Cost to Company (CTC) for Junior Officers at the time of joining will be Rs. 7.83 lakh per annum. The salary package includes the following components:
- Fixed CTC: Rs. 4.49 lakh per annum, including the NPS contribution.
- Variable Pay: Rs. 2.88 lakh per annum, based on performance.
- Health Insurance: Rs. 0.46 lakh per annum, paid by the Bank. The insurance coverage will be Rs. 5.25 lakh.
In addition to the above salary package, Junior Officers posted in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai Regions will receive a special allowance of Rs. 7,000 per month. Those posted in Coimbatore and Madurai Regions will be eligible for a special allowance of Rs. 5,000 per month. This special allowance will be payable after completion of three months of active service, subject to a performance review.
