8th CEC Meeting of AIPNBOA to Be Held in Mumbai on October 13, 2025

The All India Punjab National Bank Officers’ Association (AIPNBOA) has announced that its 8th Central Executive Committee (CEC) Meeting (2022–2025) will be held in Mumbai on October 13, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. onwards.

One important agenda of the meeting is appointment of Returning Officer(s) for election to Central Office Bearers. This means that elections will soon happen in AIPNBOA.

The meeting will take place at Hotel Ginger, located near Domestic Airport Terminal 1, Plot No. 10 & 11, Nehru Road, Western Express Highway, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai – 400099.

1. Welcome
2. Confirmation of Minutes of 6th & 7th CEC Meetings
3. Presentation of the General Secretary’s Report
4. Finalization of venue for the 26th General Council
5. Appointment of Returning Officer(s) for election to Central Office Bearers
6. Review of Elections of Circle Executive Committees for eligibility to General Council

Attendance and Guidelines

• The meeting will be attended by both the Circle Secretary and Circle President from each circle unit, along with all Central Office Bearers and Assistant General Secretaries (AGSes).
• Members unable to attend are required to seek prior leave of absence by informing the Central Office via email (aipnboa.secretariat@gmail.com) no later than October 10, 2025.
• As a one-time exception, no delegate fee will be collected for this CEC meeting.

Members are advised to reach Mumbai by 3:00 p.m. on October 13, 2025, and plan their return journey by the morning of October 14, 2025.
