Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer – CASA to join our team at Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata. The role is focused on acquiring quality Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring compliance with banking guidelines and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire quality CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers – New to Bank (NTB) accounts.
• Source and activate higher variant CASA accounts.
• Achieve monthly CASA Average Monthly Balance (AMB) targets.
• Drive revenue through cross-selling of Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold, Trade/FX, and Asset products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Adhere to YES Personality and brand guidelines.
• Ensure 100% compliance with KYC norms and operational risk policies.
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
• Timely escalate issues affecting business and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Ensure security of bank and customer assets.Submit timely and accurate MIS reports.
