Union Bank Employee Takes Bribe, Video goes Viral on Social Media

Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh: A video has surfaced showing a Union Bank employee in Mada, Singrauli district, accepting a bribe. The video shows a man counting money and giving it to the bank employee.

Complainant Randhir Singh has given a written complaint to the collector. He said that a bank employee named Laxman was demanding a bribe to approve his loan. However, lead bank manager Ranjit Kumar refused to identify the employee.

Collector Chandrashekhar Shukla has ordered a team to investigate the matter. He said that any bank employee who takes bribes and harasses beneficiaries will not be spared. Based on the video, the employee will be identified and strict action will be taken.
