Shri Prabhat Kiran appointed as Executive Director (ED) of Bank of Maharashtra

Shri Prabhat Kiran has been appointed as Executive Director (ED) of Bank of Maharashtra. Shri Prabhat Kiran has assumed the charge as Executive Director of the Bank on 24.11.2025.

Shri Prabhat Kiran is a seasoned banker with 30 years of experience. He started his banking career in the year 1996 with Canara Bank and have broad experience in all aspects of SME – Corporate lending, Risk Management and International operation.

Prior to joining Bank of Maharashtra, he was working as Chief General Manager in Canara Bank and headed Large Corporate Wing. He is a certified Credit Professional and holds Composite Insurance Certification & Certificate in MSME. Shri Prabhat Kiran joined Bank of Maharashtra as an executive Director on 24.11.2025.
