According to reports, Rupesh Kumar Rai was a resident of Darbhanga. He lived with his family in a rented house in Dumra. On Saturday evening, as per his routine, he left the bank around 6 PM to return home. However, he never arrived, leading to concerns about his whereabouts.
The tragic discovery was made the following morning, and the local residents promptly informed the police about the situation.
