About Sampat Aluminium IPO
Sampat Aluminium is a well-known company that manufactures aluminium products such as wires and rods. The company mainly uses aluminium ingots, wires, rods, and recycled aluminium scrap for production. It sources raw materials from local suppliers, including steel manufacturers, stockists, and traders, depending on availability, price, and quality. The company was incorporated on November 11, 1999, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. Its product range includes aluminium wires in 5.5 mm and 6.5 mm sizes, as well as aluminium rods in 7.5 mm, 9.5 mm, 12.5 mm, 16 mm, and 20 mm sizes, manufactured according to customer requirements. Currently, Sampat Aluminium operates a manufacturing plant in Kalol, Gujarat, with an installed capacity of 8,400 MTPA.
