PNB Security Guard commits suicide in Haryana, Know the reason of his suicide

A security guard at the Punjab National Bank (PNB) branch in Dabra Chowk, Hisar, Haryana, committed suicide on Monday afternoon. The guard, Naresh Kumar, was about 51 years old and a resident of Diya village.

Naresh was supposed to take the cash to the PNB branch located at the bus stand with the cash van, but before that he went to the bathroom and shot himself.

Bank employees say that they suddenly heard a gunshot from the bathroom at 1.35 pm. Station in-charge Vinod Kumar says that investigation will be done by calling more forensic experts on the spot. During this, the relatives of the deceased reached the bank after getting the information and got the statement recorded by the police.

In the case, the police have registered a case against daughter-in-law Meenu and her family on Tuesday on the complaint of Sudesh Devi, the wife of the deceased.

The deceased Naresh Kumar lived with the family in street number 4 of Azad Nagar. Originally Diya was a resident of the village.

Complaint filed by Wife

In the complaint given to the police, Sudesh, the wife of the deceased, told that her husband Naresh Kumar was retired from the army. Now he used to work as a security guard in Punjab National Bank Main Branch Hisar. Their son Vikram is also working in the army. His duty is engaged in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Vikram was married on 17 April 2021 with Meenu, a resident of Julani, Jind and they both have a 10-month-old son.

The complainant told that after marriage, the daughter-in-law used to often fight in the house and used to threaten to implicate husband Naresh Kumar in a false case of molestation. Due to which husband Naresh used to be very upset. The daughter-in-law wanted to keep her parents with her by getting the house named after her. But son Vikram refused for this. After which the daughter-in-law went to her maternal home.

According to the complainant, Panchayat was also held many times after this. In the panchayat, daughter-in-law’s brother Ajay, father Ajmer, mother Sumitra and maternal grandfather Satbir had a scuffle with Naresh. During this, pressure was created to get the Azad Nagar house named after the daughter-in-law. But Naresh brought daughter-in-law home after persuading in the Panchayat. After this, again at the behest of the maternal uncle, daughter-in-law Meenu started threatening to implicate him in a false case.

The wife of the deceased told that on August 28, the daughter-in-law had quarreled with her husband. After that the husband went on his duty without eating and drinking. After that the daughter-in-law called her brother Ajay, abused and manhandled us and threatened to kill us. Later in the afternoon, she received information that her husband Naresh had committed suicide by shooting himself with a gun in the bathroom at PNB Bank near Dabra Chowk.

Sudesh, the wife of the deceased, has accused daughter-in-law Meenu, her brother Ajay, mother Sumitra, father Ajmer and grandfather Satbir of harassing her fand being responsible for the death of her husband.
