Novus Loyalty wins contract for providing Loyalty Rewards to customers of Central Bank

Novus Loyalty Limited has executed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Central Bank Of India on 16th April 2026.

The contract is for a period of 3 Years and total value of contract is Rs.88 crore. First Purchase Order is valued at ₹7,32,24,015/-.

The agreement is for providing Loyalty Rewards Program for various Digital Channels including Debit Card, UPI, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking etc.

Loyalty rewards are benefits given by a company or bank to encourage customers to keep using their products or services regularly. When you spend, transact, or stay connected with a brand, they reward you with points, cashback, discounts, gifts, or special offers. In simple words, loyalty rewards are incentives offered to customers for repeated usage of banking services.

This agreement involves end-to-end deployment, management and migration of loyalty and rewards programs across the bank’s digital ecosystem.

Contract will includes providing and managing loyalty rewards programs across multiple digital channels including Debit Cards, UPI, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking, covering migration of current program, platform deployment, program management, and ongoing support services.
