Last 10 years Deposits of State Bank of India; 192% growth registered

State Bank of India (SBI) has shown strong growth in deposits over the last 10 years. The bank’s total deposits increased from ₹20.45 lakh crore in FY 2016-17 to ₹59.76 lakh crore in FY 2025-26. This is a growth of about 192%. The steady increase in deposits shows the trust of customers in SBI and the bank’s strong presence across India. With a large branch network, digital banking services, and millions of customers, SBI continues to be the largest public sector bank in the country.
