Personal Banking
- Retail Personal Advances crossed ₹17 trillion with a growth of 15.22%
- Home Loan Portfolio grew from ₹1 trillion (March 2011) to ₹9.44 trillion (March 2026)
- Personal Gold Loans crossed ₹1 trillion with a growth of 111.52%
Rural Banking
- Agriculture and Allied activities’ lending crossed ₹4 trillion in FY 2025-26
- ₹18,000 crore growth posted in Agri & Food Enterprise Loan and Kisan Samriddhi Rin categories in FY 2025-26
- SHG loan portfolio crossed ₹64,000 crore, reaching more than 1 crore women members, with more than ₹44,000 crore disbursed to 8 lakh SHGs during the year
International Banking Group
- Have 5 Central Treasuries for ALM and fund management
- Provide YONO digital banking service in all 14 retail hubs
- 222 Correspondent Banks in 56 countries, along with fintech partnerships
SME Banking
- SME portfolio stands at ₹6.12 lakh crore as of 31st March, 2026
- Registered 20.99% YoY growth in FY 2025-26
- Pan-India network of 2,155 RMs and 882 SME Intensive Branches
Corporate Banking
- Network of 57 branches of Corporate Accounts Group and Commercial Clients Group
- Total Corporate credit portfolio ₹14.25 trillion, as of 31st March, 2026
- Two Global Trade Finance Centres have been established at Hyderabad and Kolkata respectively and Trade Finance processing have been centralised
Government Business
- Accredited banker for 26 major Central Government ministries and departments in India
- Holding largest market share in Government Business, accounting for 63% of turnover in Central Government sector
