Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and manage prepaid card products, especially FASTag, within our banking ecosystem. The role involves end-to-end product management including planning, testing, delivery, and coordination with different departments and regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption and delivery of new prepaid card products like FASTag.
• Manage product testing and ensure timely launch.
• Use data to improve development plans and measure product success.
• Work with internal teams (operations, compliance, customer service) and external regulators (like NPCI, NHAI).
• Understand APIs and work with vendors to enhance customer experience.
• Plan and manage product strategy from concept to retirement.
• Collaborate with teams to create pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
• Ensure products meet legal and compliance standards.
• Work with risk and compliance teams to manage product risks.

Requirements:

• MBA with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the financial services sector.
• Experience in digital payments is a strong advantage.
