Good news for officers of Bank of Baroda! The bank has now made it easier for employees to raise complaints about their transfers. This change came after regular follow-up by the Federation of Bank of Baroda Officers’ Associations (FBOBOA). The request was officially made through letter no. FBOBOA/20/2025 dated May 17, 2025.
Here’s how to file a grievance:
Go to Employee Self Service → Self Service Application → Transfer → Transfer Grievance
The bank has also issued a circular (No. HO:BR:117:92 dated April 24, 2025), stating that these grievances must be reviewed by a special committee and resolved within 15 days.
FBOBOA has thanked the bank management for this step and requested all officers with transfer-related issues to use this system and make sure their concerns are officially recorded.
“This is an important win for our members. We encourage everyone to use this new feature and ensure fair treatment,” said a member of the FBOBOA team. The association also reminded everyone of their message: “Unity for Dignity.”
