Recently a Chief Manager of Bank of Baroda committed suicide in Pune due to extreme work pressure. In another incident, an officer of Bank of Baroda met with an accident due to late evening meeting. The Association raised voice against the online meetings being conducted frequently and outside office timings.
An RTI was filed to know the rules and guidelines of Bank of Baroda regarding online meeting. The reply is as follows:
