Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and activate quality CASA and higher variant accounts
• Achieve CASA Average Monthly Balance (AMB) targets
• Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, gold, trade/FX, and loan products
• Maintain strong customer relationships and adhere to service standards
• Ensure compliance with KYC, operational risk, and bank policies
