About VMS TMT IPO
VMS TMT Limited, incorporated in 2013, is mainly engaged in manufacturing Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT Bars). Apart from this, the company also trades in scrap and binding wires, which are sold both within Gujarat and in other states. Its manufacturing facility is located in Bhayla Village near Bavla in Ahmedabad district, Gujarat, which provides an advantage for easy product distribution. The company operates through a non-exclusive distribution network that, as of July 31, 2025, includes 3 distributors and 227 dealers, helping it efficiently supply products across Gujarat and beyond. On November 7, 2022, VMS TMT Limited signed a retail license agreement with Kamdhenu Limited, enabling it to market its TMT Bars under the brand name ‘Kamdhenu NXT’ within Gujarat on mutually agreed terms. The company is backed by an experienced management team and had 230 permanent employees as of July 31, 2025. Its sales strategy has mainly focused on Tier II and Tier III cities, with the majority of its revenue coming from Gujarat over the past three financial years—98.78% in 2024, 98.43% in 2023, and 99.19% in 2022.
