UP Gramin Bank Bhadohi RM Threatens Staff With Transfer and Asks Branch Heads to Work on Saturday and Sunday

A video of Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bhadohi Regional Manager is going viral on social media. In the video, the Regional Manager can be seen scolding the branch managers for poor performance in loan recovery. The RM says – Remove staff from those branches that have poor performance in loan recovery. In the video, the RM can be heard saying – I do 50-50 transfers daily and you will have to work on Saturday and Sunday. He said clearly that leave will not be allowed to anyone.
