See the language in all such letters which have been written by so called union members in diverse organisations . Toxic work culture, harrassment etc. etc despite getting salaries that are equivalent or better than some of the best organisations in private sector. Very clear sign of instigation by vested opposition parties who failed in the Lok Sabha election to destroy the thriving financial and banking sector in India at the behest of foreign powers.

If these fellows are so ruffled by the so called toxic work culture in different banks, SEBI and other institutions, they might as well resign and seek employment elsewhere . There are thousands who donot have a good job and would love to jump at the offers which exit of such disgruntled and harrassed employees would make.
