Shyam Dhani Industries Limited was established in 1995. It is an ISO-certified company that manufactures, exports, wholesales, and supplies premium spices, spice powders, and whole spices. The company also trades and distributes grocery items such as black salt, rock salt, rice, poha, kasuri methi, and many herbs and seasonings, including oregano, peri peri, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, onion flakes, and tomato powder. It processes 163 types of spices—ground, blended, and whole—under the brand name “SHYAM.” The company’s manufacturing unit is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Shyam Dhani Industries sells its products through general trade (wholesalers and distributors), modern trade (supermarkets and retail chains), and quick commerce platforms, making its products easily available to customers. It also works in private labelling, HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sales, and export markets. As of 30 November 2025, the company had 394 employees across departments such as accounts and finance, compliance, maintenance, marketing, logistics, production, operations, quality, top management, and permanent labour.
