PLI Scheme for bank officers of SBI has raised debate on social media. General Secretary of All India Punjab National Bank Officers Federation shared an image of PLI scheme offered to SBI employees.

PLI (Performance Linked Incentive) : SBI

SBI offers PLI to its employees on the basis of grades obtained. An employee is provided grade A, AA, AAA on the basis of achievement of targets. The more the grade, the more PLI employee gets. The PLI is granted as per table given below.

Recently, the PLI payments by banks has been put on hold. The bank unions said that the new PLI scheme is discriminatory and it provides less advantage to junior officers and offers more advantage to senior officers.   1. Most worst scheme…. Its a dividing policy like britishers… Slowly again slavary concept will come into banking… Its not correct it should be strongly object

  2. PLI of SBI is good on the basis of performance/achievement of targets.

    Where bank under PSB work culture is the same, work pressure and other things are the same, so why not PLI is the same of all the PSB like SBI.
