Sitting Fees

The Board of Directors in its meeting held on July 29, 2020, approved payment sitting fees of Rs.70,000 with effect from April 1, 2021 for attending per meeting of the Board and Rs.35,000 for attending per meeting of the committees of the Board. Additional fees of Rs.20,000 for chairing per meeting of the Board and Rs.10,000 for chairing per meeting of committees of the Board was also approved.
