The basic pay of an IBPS Probationary Officer is around ₹48,480. In addition to this, officers receive Dearness Allowance, Special Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Learning Allowance, and other applicable allowances. After adding all these components, the gross monthly salary of an IBPS PO comes to around ₹78,000. There may be slight variations depending on the city of posting, but overall the salary remains in this range.
Now, let us look at the LIC AAO salary. The basic pay of a LIC Assistant Administrative Officer is significantly higher, at around ₹88,635. Along with this, LIC AAOs receive Dearness Allowance, Cadre Special Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance. After including all these allowances, the gross monthly salary of an LIC AAO comes to around ₹1.20 lakh.
