In a shocking incident, an attempted break-in took place at the Punjab National Bank (PNB) branch located in the sub-tehsil complex of Rai village, after the burglars broke the window grill to enter the premises.
What Happened?
On Monday morning, when the bank staff arrived at around 10 a.m. after the Sunday holiday, they noticed that the grill of a window near the main gate was broken. It appeared that someone had cut through the grill and entered the bank through the window. The incident raised immediate suspicion, and the local police were informed right away.
Investigation Begins
As soon as the information was received, the police team rushed to the bank and began checking the area. They started by examining the CCTV footage to identify any suspicious activity or movement.
