Punjab National Bank Circle Head Aurangabad has suspended Senior Manager Mr. Kamraj Kumar posted at CCBO Sasaram. Circle Head alleged that the senior manager violated the guidelines while working in bank. As per the suspension letter, Circle Head has not mentioned the guidelines that the officer did not follow. Mr. Kamraj Kumar is a blood cancer patient as per AIPNBOA letter.
As per the rules, if any officer does not work as per guidelines, then he/she is first given an explanation call and thereafter any decision is taken. But in this case no explanation call was given and the officer was suspended directly.
In another instance, an officer from Belsara was suspended on the grounds of misbehaving with senior. Such suspensions show the dictatorial attitude of the management and we as employees must unite together to fight for our rights.
