NABARD Specialist Recruitment 2026: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released the NABARD Specialist Recruitment 2026 notification for 8 posts. Candidates having qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech, MBA, PG Diploma, or any Post Graduate degree can apply online for these vacancies. The online application process started on 14 May 2026 and will continue till 01 June 2026. Interested candidates can submit their applications through the official NABARD website.

NABARD Specialist Recruitment 2026 Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Specialist – Finance Strategy: Candidates should have a full-time MBA in Finance, MMS in Finance, or a two-year PG Diploma in Management (Finance) with at least 55% marks from a recognized university or institution. Candidates with CA or CFA qualifications along with a Bachelor’s degree are also eligible. Applicants should have at least 4 years of experience in finance after completing their qualification. Experience in banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, investment firms, or the financial sector is required.
  • Specialist – Information Technology Strategy: Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology with at least 60% marks. Candidates with M.Tech, M.E., MCA, or MBA with IT specialization can also apply. Applicants should have at least 7 years of experience in the IT industry, including experience in managing large IT projects. Candidates should also have experience in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, AI/ML, data analytics, and preparing BRD or FSD documents.
  • Specialist – Human Resource Strategy: Candidates should have a full-time MBA in HR, MHRM, or MBA in Industrial Relations with at least 55% marks from a recognized university. Applicants should have at least 4 years of experience in HR management, HR strategy, organizational development, or HR consulting. Experience in leadership assessment, HR transformation projects, and talent management is preferred.
  • Specialist – Organization Strategy: Candidates should have a full-time MBA in Strategic Management or PG Diploma in Public Policy with at least 55% marks. Applicants should have at least 4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management. Experience in the financial sector, HR strategy, organizational development, and leadership assessment is desirable.
  • Senior Climate Finance Specialist: Candidates should have a Post Graduate degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognized university. Applicants should have more than 5 years of professional experience in loan appraisal, monitoring, compliance, recovery, and risk management, preferably in infrastructure, climate, or development sectors.
  • Additional Chief Risk Manager: Candidates should be graduates or postgraduates in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Candidates with MBA, PGDM, CA, or CS qualifications are also eligible. Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, including 5 years at a senior management level in risk management.
  • Risk Manager – Market Risk: Candidates should have a Post Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related subjects. MBA, PGDM, CA, or ICWA qualified candidates can also apply. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in the Risk Management Department of banks, financial institutions, or systemically important NBFCs. Experience in risk and pricing models will be an added advantage.
