Apart from the salary, selected candidates will receive travelling and halting allowance, up to 30 days of leave per year, accommodation or 10% HRA (if quarters are not provided), and medical facilities at the Bank’s dispensary. Since these are contract posts, PF, pension, and gratuity benefits will not be available.

There is no written examination for this recruitment. Candidates will be selected through the following stages:
