Ms. Mini T M appointed as Executive Director of Indian Bank

Ms. Mini T M has been appointed as Executive Director of Indian Bank. The Central Government vide Notification No. eF.No. 4/4(vi)/2024-BO.I dated 24.11.2025 has appointed Ms. Mini T M, Chief General Manager, Bank of Baroda as Executive Director of Indian Bank for a period of three year w.e.f from 24th November 2025.

Ms. Mini T M is a highly accomplished banking professional with more than three decades of experience across Federal Bank, e-Vijaya Bank, and Bank of Baroda. She joins Indian Bank as Executive Director with a strong record of leading large business portfolios, driving strategic growth, and strengthening governance and risk frameworks. In her most recent role as Chief General Manager and Cluster Head for Delhi at Bank of Baroda, she oversaw a business portfolio of about ₹6 lakh crore and provided strategic guidance in deposits, advances, customer service, and compliance.

Before this, she headed the pan-India Retail Liabilities vertical, where she focused on product innovation, digital improvements, and growth in CASA and term deposits. She has also led major zones such as Bengaluru and Pune, delivering business expansion, improved asset quality, better customer experience, and various governance and digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, she managed PSU and corporate business for the southern region and earlier held key roles in credit, SME banking, corporate credit operations, and risk management.

Ms. Mini holds an MBA in Banking and Finance, is an FRM (GARP, USA), a CAIIB, and has completed leadership programs at IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, CAFRAL, and international forums. Known for her strategic vision, operational excellence, and people-centric leadership, she has consistently contributed to building strong, future-ready banking systems and delivering sustainable growth across different business segments.
