Mr. Rajesh Kumar Ailawadi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kirori Mal College and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Campus Law Centre, both affiliated with the University of Delhi.
He retired as Executive Director (Legal) from the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) on December 31, 2025.
He has over 37 years of extensive experience with LIC and has held diverse assignments across several functional areas including Marketing, Personnel & Industrial Relations, Estates, Legal, etc.
During his distinguished tenure, he handled key responsibilities across these functions and developed significant expertise in legal, administrative, and organizational matters.
