The historic Lal Imli Mill in Kanpur is at the center of a significant scam. Money was deposited into the accounts of mill workers, but it was quickly withdrawn without their knowledge. An investigation was started and a special team has been formed to uncover the truth behind this scam. Now, the investigation into the salary scam at Lal Imli Mill has uncovered some important information. It turns out that the money deposited into the accounts was withdrawn just a day later. The investigators are now trying to find out who took the money from the banks.

The ongoing investigation has revealed that the money deposited in the accounts was quickly withdrawn, hinting at a planned effort to steal the funds. The scam involved Rs 52 lakh, with Rs 23 lakh going to accounts of employees who didn’t work at the mill. Additionally, irregularities of Rs 29 lakh were found in the damage fee. Further investigation showed that Rs 7 to 8.5 lakh were separately deposited into the accounts of individuals named Dinesh Kumar, Ramasare, and Sunaina Devi.

The investigation also discovered that the money was withdrawn from these accounts the day after it was deposited in July, some through ATM and some through cheques. The officers are looking into the people who opened these accounts, as well as the transactions made through them. There are suspicions around four people from the accounts department and three from the attendance section.

Once the investigation is completed, major action will be taken, and the money will be recovered from the guilty officers.
