IndusInd Bank appoints Anand Vardhan as General Counsel and Senior Management Personnel

IndusInd Bank Limited has appointed Anand Vardhan as its General Counsel. He has also been designated as Senior Management Personnel from September 30, 2025, the bank said in a SEBI filing.

Anand Vardhan has around 26 years of experience in legal and compliance. He worked as Group General Counsel at Piramal Group since 2013. Before that, he held key roles such as General Counsel at SUN-Apollo Ventures, Associate Vice President and Head of Legal at HDFC Property Fund, and legal positions at ICICI Bank and Tata Housing.

He studied at Hansraj College and the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He is also a qualified company secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
