ICICI Bank Business Leadership Programme, Get job in ICICI Bank with Rs.12 lac salary

ICICI Bank has launched Business Leadership Programme that offers a one-year Post Graduate Certificate in Securities Markets (PGCSM) in collaboration with NISM, an institute established by SEBI. This specialized program aims to provide participants with a strong foundation in concepts, skill development, and exposure to the industry.

The program takes place at the Patalganga campus of NISM and is designed to offer a balanced blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application. It consists of three terms (9 months) of classroom training at NISM, followed by a 3-month internship at ICICI Group.

Stipend and Fee Structure

The course fee for the Post Graduate Certificate in Securities Markets is ₹4 lakhs plus applicable GST.

Placement at ICICI Bank

Upon successfully completing the program, participants will be offered positions at ICICI Bank at the Manager Band I level or in equivalent positions at group companies. The starting remuneration on a Cost to Company basis for participants will be in the range of ₹11-12 lakhs per annum.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the program, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Age: Less than 30 years old by March 31, 2024.
  • Educational Qualifications: Graduates in any discipline with a minimum of 55% in graduation. Additionally, a minimum of 60% in 12th and 10th grades is required, along with the study of mathematics at the intermediate level.
  • Working professionals who are CAs, Engineers, or Graduates in any discipline(s).
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience.
  • Professional Experience: Preferable work experience in corporate finance, treasury, or investment roles in organizations.

Selection Process

Participants will be shortlisted on merit and will be invited for the selection process. Shortlisted participants will have to go through the below mentioned selection stages: 

  • Entrance test: The entrance test aims at measuring the aptitude of the participants through verbal ability, numerical ability and logical reasoning.
  • Group discussion stage: Participants clearing the aptitude test will be invited for case based group discussion. The group discussions are mainly conducted to judge participants on their analytical thinking, approach adapted to business situations and the ability to break down complex problems to arrive at solutions.  
  • Psychometric Profiling / Personal Interview: Applicant clearing GD stage will be eligible for the Personal Interview Stage.​
    • Psychometric Profiling – This is a questionnaire based psychometric tool that indicates the typical or preferred behaviour of individuals in work settings. Participants are required to complete the profiler before they appear for the interview. This profiler gives us a better understanding of preferred behaviour of the participant and is not used for elimination of participants. 
    • Personal Interview – Shortlisted applicants will go through the personal interview round. This is the final step in the selection process.
