Leased Accomodation Facility

The bank pays the rent for the house or flat an officer takes on lease at the place of posting. The amount depends on the city category and the bank’s policy. Specialist Officers usually receive around Rs 11,000 to Rs 13,000 in non-metro cities, while in metro cities the benefit is generally around Rs 20,000. The exact amount can vary from bank to bank.

Medical Insurance

Bank Officers receive medical insurance coverage of Rs 5 lakh. They can avail cashless treatment up to this limit at any hospital that is part of the bank’s empanelled network across India.

Loan Benefits
