Transferred Just 50 Days After Posting
Neha Marvya Singh said she was deeply upset by the decision. She pointed out that she had been transferred just 50 days after taking charge of her current post.
She questioned how an IAS officer could become so vulnerable that employees working under her could allegedly influence her transfer. She said she had remained silent and patient for a long time, but the situation had now reached a stage where her subordinates were allegedly threatening to get her transferred.
She alleged that some employees working with her had created an atmosphere of revolt against her. According to her, she did not have direct administrative control over these employees, as their establishment-related matters were controlled by the concerned department.
Neha alleged that some of the employees came to her office and threatened to get her transferred. She said she had already reported their alleged indiscipline, withholding of files and the mistreatment she faced to senior officials through proper channels.
She said she expected appropriate action against the issues raised by her. However, she claimed that instead of action being taken, she was transferred.
