I Feel Old at 29, My Health Has Worsened, Govt Bank Woman Shares Shocking Reality
A video of a young woman working in a government bank is going viral on social media. In the video, she says that even at the age of 29, she feels much older because of poor health. She said that she has been working in a public sector bank for eight years, and these years have taken a significant toll on her health.
She shares that she is suffering from several health problems, including cervical pain, migraine, and weak eyesight. She says that while people of her age are usually happy and energetic, she often feels tired and exhausted.
According to her, the main reason for her condition is the high level of stress in bank jobs. She explains that long working hours and work pressure have badly affected her health.

Towards the end of the video, she says that she is thinking about changing her career. She has started content creation as an alternative career option and may leave her bank job in the future if things go well.

However, the reality inside the branches is very different. Many bank employees are forced to sit and work continuously from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. or even 8 p.m. There is heavy work pressure, tight targets, and very little time to rest.

Lunch breaks are often short or skipped, and employees are expected to handle customers without showing stress. Because of long working hours and constant pressure, many employees are facing health problems, mental stress, and burnout.
