• Position: Technical Appraiser
• Location: Kottayam/Muvattupuzha
• Experience Required: 2+ years preferred
• Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering)

Job Responsibilities

1. Appraisal – Evaluate market value of properties (land & buildings) offered as loan security.
2. Site Visits – Inspect properties to assess valuation and work progress.
3. Documentation – Verify documents such as building approvals, plans, and estimates for regulatory compliance.
4. Reporting – Record site observations and recommend loan amounts based on site and document assessments.
5. Relationship Management – Maintain effective communication with customers and channel partners.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates or experienced B.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering) candidates with a consistent academic record (minimum 60% marks).
• Proficient in English and Malayalam with strong communication skills.
