• Location: Kochi
• Experience Required: 2+ years preferred
• Education: B.Com, M.Com, CA, or MBA

Job Responsibilities

1. Credit Appraisal – Build a quality portfolio by managing risk through thorough credit appraisal, adhering to TAT, fostering relationships with channel partners, and driving process innovation.
2. Documentation – Collect and verify essential documents (e.g., credit forms, loan agreements, guarantees) for legal compliance.
3. Customer Interaction – Engage with customers over the phone, manage objections, conduct personal discussions, and suggest optimal financial solutions.
4. Negotiation Skills – Understand customer needs, manage objections, structure solutions, and close deals effectively.

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates or experienced candidates with a B.Com, M.Com, CA, or MBA, a consistent academic record (minimum 60% marks), and strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
