Fire Breaks Out at Bank of Baroda Branch in Hindaun City in Rajasthan

Hindaun, Rajasthan: A fire broke out early Friday morning at the Bank of Baroda branch located on Karauli Road in Hindaun City, reportedly due to a short circuit. The incident caused panic in the area, but thanks to prompt action by the local authorities, the fire was brought under control within two hours.
According to Chandrashekhar Agarwal, the branch’s credit manager, the fire started around 8:00 a.m. due to a spark. The cleaning staff had arrived at the branch at 7:45 a.m., and shortly after, smoke was seen coming from the store room. The staff quickly alerted the manager, who immediately informed the Nagar Parishad and Kotwali police station.

Two fire brigade vehicles from the Nagar Parishad reached the spot promptly, and firefighting operations began. The fire was successfully controlled after over two hours of effort. Meanwhile, a large crowd gathered outside the bank as news of the fire spread.
Local administration officials quickly arrived at the site along with police personnel to monitor the situation. As of now, there is no official report on the extent of the damage caused to the bank. Further investigation is underway to assess the losses. More details will be released soon.
