A female employee of an Axis Bank branch in Patna’s Kadamkuan area has filed a written complaint against a man named Faisal Hussain, accusing him of molestation and issuing threats. The incident occurred on Wednesday, leading the Kadamkuan police to detain the accused for questioning.
Allegations by the Victim
According to the victim, Faisal Hussain first visited the bank to inquire about a loan. Following this, he began contacting her over the phone persistently and eventually started visiting the branch to follow her. Uncomfortable with his behavior, the employee blocked his number and avoided any interaction with him.
On Wednesday morning at 10:15 am, Faisal reportedly placed a gift and a letter on her desk, prompting her to report the matter to the branch manager. In response, Faisal allegedly threatened the manager. Later, at around 2:30 pm, he returned to the bank, behaved inappropriately, and issued threats, including physical harm and death.
Police Action and Investigation
Rajiv Kumar, the officer in charge of Kadamkuan police station, stated that the accused appears to be mentally disturbed. A formal complaint has been lodged, and the investigation is underway.

The victim alleged that Faisal had initially obtained her phone number under the pretext of seeking loan information but later began harassing her. His unwelcome advances escalated when he visited the bank on Wednesday, where he reportedly assaulted and threatened her.
The police are treating the matter seriously and are probing the allegations while assessing the mental state of the accused.
