Extra-Marital Affair caught: HDFC Bank Employee kills child of his Girlfriend in Meerut
A shocking case of the murder of a six-year-old child has come to light in Meerut. The child was murdered by his mother’s lover. The accused first kidnapped the child from outside his home, then took him to a temple and murdered him. The accused feared that the child might reveal the secret of their love affair.

The sensational case has been reported from Bahsuma in Meerut. Fearing that the secret of their love affair would be revealed, HDFC Bank’s area manager Arpit Parashar kidnapped his girlfriend Gurpreet Kaur’s six-year-old son Angadveer and killed him by slitting his throat with a knife. After this, he threw the body in the bushes.
The accused had kidnapped the innocent child from outside his house in Ramraj of Bahsuma police station area on Tuesday and taken him away in a car. The police arrested the accused, a resident of Meerapur, on Wednesday. The police is investigating the involvement of the girlfriend in the crime.
Baljinder Kaur, a resident of Ramraj, filed a report at the Bahsuma police station on Tuesday, alleging that her grandson, Angadveer, had been abducted from outside their home in a car by Arpit Parashar, an area manager at HDFC Bank in Hapur.

Angadveer, who studied at a boarding school in Patiala, was visiting his mother, Gurpreet Kaur, 30, in Bahsuma. His father is a driver in Saudi Arabia. Police said preliminary probe revealed that Parashar and Gurpreet Kaur had allegedly been in a relationship for the past three years.
CCTV footage showed him taking the child into his car. During interrogation, he told police that he had gone to meet Gurpreet at her house on Sunday. Meanwhile, Angadveer saw them together. He feared the child would reveal their secret. Consequently, he killed him.
According to Meerut police, CCTV footage showed a man taking the boy in a car, leading investigators to Parashar. Additional SP Abhijeet Kumar said the accused initially tried to mislead police by claiming he had disposed of the body in a canal, but later confessed to killing the child by slitting his throat with a sharp weapon.
Police detained the accused, Arpit, late Tuesday night on Bhuma Road in Meerapur. During interrogation, he misled police for nearly eight hours, claiming he had kidnapped Angadveer and thrown him into a canal in front of Putthi village in the Parikshitgarh police station area.
Police and SDRF teams searched the canal from 8 a.m. on Wednesday. In the evening, the accused told police that he had murdered Angadveer near the Bhadrakali Temple in the Hastinapur police station area. Police then took the accused to the scene and recovered the body around 5 p.m., which was then sent for a post-mortem examination.
