Deadly attack on Bank of India Cashier, Police arrested one accused

Hardoi: A shocking incident took place in Arwal on Saturday when a cashier of the Bank of India, Manoj Kumar Singh, was attacked by three unknown assailants while returning home after work. The attack happened at a trisection in the Sandi police station area, where the victim had stopped to buy kabab paratha for his children.

Cashier Attacked with Sticks

According to reports, Manoj Kumar Singh, a resident of Antwa village, was suddenly assaulted by three youths carrying sticks. The attack left him seriously injured. Singh stated that he had no personal dispute with anyone and did not recognize his attackers.

Police Investigation and Arrest

Following the victim’s complaint, the police immediately registered a case and launched an investigation. During the probe, they arrested Atul Pal, a resident of Lahori Purva village, while the search for the other two attackers is still ongoing. Officials have assured that they are making all efforts to arrest the remaining accused soon.

Fear Among Bank Employees

This incident has caused concern and panic among bank employees in the region, raising security concerns for those handling financial transactions.
