The case of fraud and misappropriation of property has surfaced against Dr. Pramendra Maheshwari, a BJP leader and orthopedic specialist from Bareilly. The BJP leader has filed a report against the branch manager of Central Bank of India, Neeraj Singh, accusing him of fraud and confiscating property.
Dr. Pramendra Maheshwari, residing in Ram Pur Garden, Bareilly, alleges that he was deceived by the branch manager. He has reported instances of fraud and the confiscation of property against Neeraj Singh. The police have initiated an investigation into the matter.
Dr. Pramendra Maheshwari explained that he had taken a home loan from the then bank manager on July 21, 2005. In return, he had deposited his original registry papers as security in the bank. Although he repaid the loan on March 23, 2010, the bank has not yet returned the documents related to his property.
Maheshwari has accused the current bank manager, Neeraj Singh, of causing him distress and expressed concerns that the bank might misuse the documents related to his property. He lodged a complaint with the City Superintendent of Police (SP City), following which an FIR has been filed against the branch manager at the police station under the directive of SP City.
