Bank of Baroda has released vacancies for recruitment of candidates for the post of Specialist Officers. Candidates can apply for Scale I, II, III and IV posts on regular basis. There are a total of 206 vacancies. Last date to apply is 26 Aug 2026. Candidates can apply for vacancies in following departments: Digital Banking, Facility Management, Information Security, Security, Enterprise Data Management Office, Corporate Accounts & Taxation Planning.

The candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of 5 years of Commissioned Service in the Army / Navy / Air Force OR a Police Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) with a minimum of 5 years of service as a Class-I Gazetted Officer in the Police Force OR a candidate of the rank equivalent to or above Assistant Commandant with a minimum of 5 years of service as a Class-I Gazetted Officer in Paramilitary Forces. Selection Process

The selection process may comprise Application Scrutiny, online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview of candidates.

Important Instructions

The above Sections / Tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
Section/Test 1, 2 & 3 are qualifying in nature and marks secured in these sections will not be reckoned for the final result.
The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks in each of the sections will be decided by the Bank at its sole discretion. The Bank also reserves the right to waive off the qualifying criteria.
There will be penalty for wrong answers in all sections. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at the corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
The Bank reserves the right to modify the structure of the examination, including addition/substitution by way of descriptive test/case study, which will be intimated through its website.
