Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting applications for the position of Business Correspondent (BC) Supervisor. There are 07 openings for this role, and the bank is looking for both young candidates and retired bank employees. According to the official notification, retired bank employees must have been clerks and have passed the JAIIB exam. The maximum age for retired employees to continue in the role is 65 years, while young candidates must be between 21 and 45 years old. Young applicants should hold a graduate degree and have strong computer skills.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary consisting of a fixed and variable component.

Age Limit for BOB Recruitment 2024:

For Retired Bank Employees:
The maximum age for BC supervisors is 65 years.
For Young Candidates:
Candidates must be between 21 and 45 years old. The maximum age for continuing in the role is 65 years.

Salary for BOB Recruitment 2024:

Fixed Component: Rs. 15,000 per month.
Variable Component: Rs. 10,000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria for BOB Recruitment 2024:

For Young Candidates:
A graduate degree with computer skills is required. Preference will be given to those with higher qualifications such as MBA, M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA.
For Retired Bank Employees:
Retired clerks or those up to the level of Chief Manager from public sector banks.
Must have at least three years of experience in rural banking.
Must have passed the JAIIB exam.

Selection Process for BOB Recruitment 2024:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

Tenure and Place of Posting:

The appointment will be on a contractual basis for an initial term of 36 months, with the possibility of renewal every 12 months based on performance.
The selected candidates will be posted in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
