Bank of Baroda Vacancy Released for Faculty, Watchman, Gardener Post; Check Eligibility and Apply

Bank of Baroda has released notification for recruitment of candidates to the post of Faculty, Watchman and Gardener Post. All details related to this recruitment are given below. The job location is Ahmedabad Centre, District Ahmedabad, North Gujarat. Last date to apply is before 14.05.2025.

Vacancy

Age Limit

• Candidates must fulfill age limit as on 14.05.2025
• Minimum Age: 22 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

In-house Faculty: Qualifications and Salary

Educational Qualification & Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be a Graduate (in any stream such as Science, Commerce, or Arts) or a Postgraduate.
• Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications such as MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology or Psychology, B.Sc. in Veterinary Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing, or B.A. with B.Ed.
• Should have a passion for teaching and good computer knowledge.
• Must have excellent communication skills in the local language. Fluency in English and Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
• Typing proficiency in the local language is essential. Skills in Hindi/English typing are also desirable.
• Previous experience as a Faculty will be preferred.

Salary and Allowances Details:

• Monthly Consolidated Salary: ₹30,000/-.
  An annual performance incentive of ₹2,000 will be added each year based on a satisfactory review of services. This will increase by ₹2,000 each year up to a maximum of ₹40,000/-.
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA): ₹2,500/- per month (on declaration basis). This is subject to the completion of a minimum number of field visits for conducting EAPs, follow-ups, etc. If not fulfilled, payment will be made proportionately as decided by the RSETI Director.
• Increments: Will be retained at the time of each contract renewal. The contract can be extended up to the age of 60 years or until the end of the project period (whichever comes earlier), based on satisfactory performance and periodic contract renewal.
• Mobile Allowance: ₹300/- per month.
• Other Benefits: Eligible for EPF, ESI, and Gratuity as per applicable rules.

Watchman/Gardener: Qualifications and Salary

Educational Qualification & Other Requirements:

• The candidate should have passed at least the 7th standard.
• Preference will be given to those with experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture.

Salary and Allowances Details:

• A consolidated monthly salary of ₹12,000 will be provided.
  An annual performance incentive of ₹1,000 will be given each year based on a satisfactory review.
  Salary increments of ₹800 per year (up to ₹16,000) will apply over five years.
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA) of ₹800 per month will be paid based on a self-declaration.
• Any earned increments will be retained during contract renewal.
  The contract may continue until the retirement age of 60 years or the end of the project, whichever is earlier, subject to good performance and timely renewal.
• A mobile allowance of ₹300 per month will be provided.
• EPF, ESI, and Gratuity benefits will be given as per applicable rules.

Selection Process

The selection process comprises:

• Written Test
• Personal Interview
• Demonstration / Presentation

For Watchman/Gardener post, only Personal Interview will be held.
