Bank of Baroda Job: Bank of Baroda invites applications from retired Judge of any High Court/retired Government officials/Executives from Central/ State Government/ PSUs and Retired General Manager & above, of any Nationalised Bank. (Except Bank of Baroda) for engagement for Settlement Advisory Committee (SAC) at Corporate Office Level for One Time Settlement (OTS) of NPA accounts. Details of Posts and eligibility criteria are as under:

| Other Members | 3 | Retired IPS/IAS/DFS/PSU or Officials of the same cadre from Secretarial services of State Ministry; or Retired CBI Official in the rank ofSuperintendent of Police and above |
| Banker | 1 | Retired General Manager and above, of any Nationalised Bank. (Except Bank of Baroda) |
General Terms and Conditions:
- Job Role: Scrutiny of OTS proposals and providing observations/ recommendations to Sanctioning Committee.
- Age Limit: Maximum 68 Years as on 31.08.2024.
- Remuneration: Presently Rs.25000.00 per meeting/seating, subject to deduction of TDS as per Income Tax Act, 1961.
- Preference: Preference will be given to residents of Mumbai Metropolitan Area
- Period of Engagement: Two Years subject to annual review.
- Quorum of Settlement Advisory Committee shall be minimum four members (Chairperson is mandatory).
