Bank of Baroda Donates Rs.83.93 Lakh Worth of Medical Equipment to Cardiology Centre UNMICRC

In a significant step towards strengthening healthcare services, the Girdharnagar Branch of Bank of Baroda, Ahmedabad II Region, has donated medical equipment worth ₹83.93 lakh to the U. N. Mehta Institute of Cardiology & Research Centre (UNMICRC), Ahmedabad. This contribution, made under the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, aims to enhance patient care and treatment facilities at the institute.

The donation ceremony was attended by key officials from Bank of Baroda, including Shri Shankar Mahto, Deputy General Manager (DGM) and Regional Manager (RM); Shri Raveendra Kosinpalle, Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM); Shri Bimoh Roshan, Branch Head of Girdharnagar Branch; and Shri Nilesh Suryawanshi, Zonal Marketing Manager. Their presence highlighted the bank’s ongoing commitment to community welfare and healthcare support.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Shankar Mahto emphasized that Bank of Baroda remains dedicated to supporting public health initiatives and ensuring access to advanced medical facilities. The contribution to UNMICRC, a leading cardiac care institute, is expected to significantly improve treatment outcomes for patients.
