Pankaj Singh is nephew of landlord in whose building the branch is located. He started shouting and even showed his shoes to branch manager in a threatening manner. When branch manager tried to stop him and asked him to leave, he became violent and attacked Kumar. As a result, Kumar suffered injuries around his eyes, and he lost one of his gold chains while the other was partially damaged.

Kumar was disappointed with the police because they didn’t take action after registering the case. The accused and his family members are pressuring Kumar to settle the matter and even threatening him with death if he doesn’t agree. Kumar has decided to seek help from higher authorities if the accused is not arrested soon.

The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras inside the bank, providing evidence. The police have assured that they are working to arrest the accused.

  1. on alternate days we go through that Branch Managers are brutally bearen and attackers use verbal language and attack physically.
The one of the most reason behind these incidents that security guards are not posted in the branches of Bank and consequently miscreants make nuisance without fear.
The RBI must post the security guards in the branches to protect the lives of employees and to keep safe money also of customers. Because Banking runs immensely on faith

  2. Absolutely guards must be deployed in the branches and the bank management should also immediately take appropriate action against these criminal activities otherwise the bank staff is already troubled due to excessive workload and their safety is in danger due to these miscreants activities.

  3. Higher authorities should take immediate action and protect the interest of bank and its employees first. Strict action should be taken against such customers. Union should intervene in this matter immediately
