According to Senior Police Inspector Rohit Khot, the police brought Sushant’s family to the station for questioning. During this inquiry, his wife expressed her concerns, revealing that he had been experiencing a lot of work-related stress. This revelation has led the police to dig deeper into what might have driven Sushant to take such a drastic step.

The police have also checked Sushant’s mobile phone, but so far, they have not found any messages or notes that could explain his actions. Inspector Khot shared that Sushant was a manager at a bank located at Hutatma Chowk in Fort. Interestingly, just over the weekend, he had taken his family on a little vacation to Lonavala. However, on Monday morning, he told his family he was heading to work, but instead, he ended up at the Atal Setu.
